MVP development

Ship the smallest thingthat can be wrong in public.

An MVP is not a cheap version of the product. It is the shortest path to finding out whether the product should exist. We are aggressive about cutting scope and honest about which cuts you will pay for later.

In short

Byteinfy builds startup MVPs from $4,000 in six to ten weeks: one core workflow, auth and billing, shipped to real users with analytics wired so the next decision comes from data instead of opinion.

Who it is for

  • Founders with a validated problem and no engineering team yet
  • Companies testing a new line without disturbing the main product
  • Teams that need something demonstrable before a raise or a pilot
  • Anyone who has been quoted nine months for something that should take eight weeks

What you get

  • One core workflow, built properly, instead of five built halfway
  • Authentication, roles and billing on Stripe or Razorpay
  • Product analytics and event tracking from the first user, not retrofitted
  • A deployed app on your own cloud account with a domain and monitoring
  • A written list of every shortcut we took and what it will cost to undo
  • Source code in your repository with a README a future hire can follow

How it works

  1. 1

    Cut

We start by removing features. The output is a one-page scope of what ships and an explicit list of what does not.

  2. 2

    Build

Two-week milestones, each ending in something you can put in front of a user.

  3. 3

    Launch

Real users, real analytics, and a review of what the data says before the next phase is quoted.

Pricing

From $4,000

A launchable MVP is $4,000 to $12,000 depending on how much of the workflow has to exist before anyone will pay. Fixed quote, milestone payments.

Questions we get asked

Will the MVP have to be rewritten?
Not if the data model is right, and that is where we spend the care. Screens are cheap to replace; a wrong schema is what forces rewrites. We also hand you the list of deliberate shortcuts, so nothing is a surprise.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
No. Fixed quotes, paid per milestone.
How fast, realistically?
Six to ten weeks to live users for most MVPs. Anything promised in two weeks is a prototype, and we will call it one.
