- Once, into the following month. Beyond that they expire — we are staffing for your work, not banking it indefinitely.
- How fast do you respond?
- A site that is down gets attention the same working day on every plan. Higher plans commit to a shorter window in writing.
- Do you maintain sites you did not build?
- Yes, after a short audit. Occasionally the audit says the honest answer is a rebuild, and we will tell you that rather than take a retainer to hold it together.
