API development & integration

Systems that talk, and say something when they stop.

Most integration projects fail quietly. The sync worked in testing, then a token expired at 2am and nobody noticed for a fortnight. We build the retry, the dead-letter queue and the alert as part of the job, not as a later phase.

In short

Byteinfy builds and connects APIs from $1,500: REST and GraphQL services, webhook pipelines with retries, and integrations with the systems that have no API at all, each one monitored and alerting when it breaks.

Who it is for

  • Businesses re-keying the same data into two systems by hand
  • Products that need a public API for customers or partners
  • Teams integrating with a vendor whose API is undocumented or hostile
  • Anyone whose existing sync breaks often enough that someone checks it every morning

What you get

  • REST or GraphQL API with authentication, versioning, rate limits and OpenAPI documentation
  • Integrations with Shopify, payment gateways, ERPs, CRMs, logistics and accounting systems
  • Webhook receivers built idempotent, so a redelivery does not double-charge or duplicate a record
  • Retries with backoff and a dead-letter queue for the messages that still fail
  • Monitoring and alerting on every scheduled job, so a silent failure is not silent
  • A written data map: which field in system A becomes which field in system B, and who wins a conflict

How it works

  1. 1

    Map

Both systems' data models on one page, with the conflicts and the ownership rules decided before code.

  2. 2

    Build

The happy path first, then the failure paths, which is where integrations actually live.

  3. 3

    Watch

Two weeks of monitoring on real volume before we call it done.

Pricing

From $1,500

A single integration between two systems is $1,500 to $3,500. A public API with documentation, keys and rate limits is quoted on the surface area.

Questions we get asked

What if the other system has no API?
Then we look at exports, database access, SFTP drops or, as a last resort, browser automation — and we tell you plainly how fragile each option is before you choose.
Do you use iPaaS tools like Zapier or Make?
Where they fit, yes, and we will say so rather than bill you for code. They stop fitting at volume, on complex mapping, and when you need real error handling.
Who holds the credentials?
You do. Keys live in your secret store, and we work with scoped access that you can revoke without calling us.
