Questions we get asked
- Do you use Zapier and Make, or write code?
- Both, and we choose on volume and complexity. A no-code tool that your ops team can edit is often the better answer, and we will say so instead of billing for a custom build.
- What if the automation breaks?
- It alerts, and there is a written manual fallback. An automation nobody can operate by hand is a single point of failure with a nicer name.
- Will this replace staff?
- Usually it moves them off the copying and onto the exceptions. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and the training step exists precisely because that transition is real.
