Business process automation

Automate the step, not the whole department.

Most automation projects buy a platform and then look for something to automate with it. We go the other way: measure where the hours go, pick the two processes with a real payback, and leave the rest alone.

In short

Byteinfy automates business processes from $1,500 by first measuring where the hours actually go, then removing the manual step rather than adding software around it, with every automation monitored and reversible.

Who it is for

  • Teams copying data between systems as a daily routine
  • Finance or ops staff spending days on a monthly report that is the same every month
  • Businesses where approvals happen over WhatsApp and nobody can find them later
  • Companies that bought an automation platform and never got past the first workflow

What you get

  • A process audit with the hours each step costs and an honest payback estimate per candidate
  • Automated workflows: document generation, approvals, notifications, scheduled reports, data sync
  • Document and data extraction where the input is PDFs, invoices or email attachments
  • An audit trail — what ran, when, on what input, and what it produced
  • Alerting when an automation fails, and a documented manual fallback for when it does
  • Training for the people whose job just changed, which is the step most projects skip

How it works

  1. 1

    Measure

A week of watching the real process. Almost every one of these audits finds the expensive step somewhere nobody expected.

  2. 2

    Pick

Two processes with the clearest payback. Automating everything at once is how these programmes stall.

  3. 3

    Build

Automated, monitored, with a manual fallback documented before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Extend

Measured savings from the first two decide whether there is a third.

Pricing

From $1,500

A single automated workflow is $1,500 to $4,000. A department-wide programme is scoped process by process, each with its own quote and its own payback estimate.

Questions we get asked

Do you use Zapier and Make, or write code?
Both, and we choose on volume and complexity. A no-code tool that your ops team can edit is often the better answer, and we will say so instead of billing for a custom build.
What if the automation breaks?
It alerts, and there is a written manual fallback. An automation nobody can operate by hand is a single point of failure with a nicer name.
Will this replace staff?
Usually it moves them off the copying and onto the exceptions. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and the training step exists precisely because that transition is real.
